Top 5 Features of a RNA Vehicle?

Unread post by daleclough » Sun Nov 11, 2012 7:37 pm

As the title asks, what are your top 5 features a RNA vehicle must have? I'm not looking for vehicle name/type, I want features.....

Game on!
Not sure which of the fleet will be employed in 2014...

1) Comfort
2) Enough power outlets to support simultaneous use of multiple electronic devises
3) Fuel capacity to match long haul consumption requirements
4) Power/suspension performance to handle track events and twisty back roads
5) Capacity to haul a portable bar in the trunk

Hehe

Whats mpg?

Most days can be done on a tank of gas or 2 pr 3 in mine and carls case ( caged fox)

Btw I got the handling and brakes covered but I would take old muscle if it hadsome galls for the cool factor

Aside from gas and co-driver you guys have tons up on us.

We have some serious retro fitting to do to make our car work for us.

We have no trunk and barely any space inside. LOL Gonna be interesting.

Remind me what you're driving? I've done this in a MINI and know someone who's done it in a Lotus Elise. We can fit a Cadillac in a doghouse if need be....

Your Elise would have about the same amount of space I guess as the Solstice we are bringing. We consider it part of the adventure. Lol

Yeah see we have pretty good space with the top up but loose 50% with the top down.

Thanks for the offer if we drove with tons of stuff on our laps a then borrow space then that would be good. But knowing us we will pack carefully to ensure we can hole everything.

Thinking of disposable underwear etc :embarrassed:

dont forget the Smart ForTwo Dale! I ran it twice in a Mini as well, I actually had a good amount of space. I felt more cramped in the Corrado.

- Ease of going in and out extra small spaces (when everyone else is doing a 3 point turn it is nice to hang a U-eeee.
- MPG
- Ability to do the speed limit or maybe even 5-7mph over (I wouldn't speed....much)
- Extra room for a few bags
- Additional 12V power outlets for accesories
