I'd move to the dark side if I got a killer deal on that Lightning, lol. I was thinking more along the lines of taking care of my tranny issues and driving the vehicle that was more built for this kinda stuff next time.

I just saw your DA post. Yea that air was horrible. The track was much better prepped than expected. I even did ok on the 20s loaded down with a passenger after 4 passes.

The lights were goofy but it was a blast. I hope next year there is no rush to leave track outtings.
I had a blast too. I'd be surprised if I didn't run more passes than anyone else. I'm not sure exactly how many, but I hotlapped for a good while. I'm sure it was 10-15 passes anyway. I was a strong contributor to our last place performance that day. :snicker:

And I agree. The prep was awesome, especially for a mid-week side event.

hehe Lightnings are like crack. They never feel fast and you can throw a ton of money at them.

I think that was the only check point we made that day. A group of us followed Bones in the Fox to some really good mountain roads and played there.
